Women’s Weekend Conference in Slovakia

"Despite Everything" was the title of the Women's Weekend Conference, which took place May 26-28, 2023 in Račkova Dolina. Despite an unwanted three-year hiatus, the meeting was attended to full capacity. Despite various personal complications, women of all ages attended the meeting. Despite an all-female meeting, we were not hindered by the presence of two men. One of them, Slávek Vurst, was in charge of the spiritual message, the other one did a good job and fit into the cast as sound engineer. Despite the technical problems, everything worked like clockwork. Despite many of us not knowing each other, the theme of the Sabbath School opened our hearts and broke down the wall of shyness. Despite the tears, we all managed to have a good laugh. Despite the lack of time, each one brought something tasty to "Our Weekend Candy Shop". Despite the interesting nature of all the workshops, we were happy with the one we chose. Despite the lack of sleep, we all felt immensely blessed. Despite our tiredness, we all returned home safely. Because despite all the circumstances we encounter, our Heavenly Father is with us. Despite everything, it is He who loves us with infinite love and is always there for us!
