Women's Ministries Weekend in Logroño, Spain

From May 16 to 18, Mercedes Martinez, national director of Women's Ministries in Spain, visited the church in Logroño. Through various spiritual and practical topics, the church members, and especially the women of the church, were encouraged to reach fullness in Christ through prayer. Also, the importance of the ministry of women in the church was shown with their potential as servants of Christ.
On the Sabbath, we enjoyed two very interesting and spiritual topics, one in the church service and the other in the afternoon. There was also an excellent fellowship meal organized by the WM director in Logroño, sister Ángela.
On Sunday, the women came together for a practical session. Through various exercises, the women were urged to see their potential and to have a full spiritual life in Christ. The objective was to promote their work and the unity of the church. All can be participants in mission, as shown by the examples of wonderful Bible women. Women, through whose lives of consecration and service we can learn much.
We thank Mercedes for her ministry in sharing with us these important topics, creating awareness in the church of the important role of women and their service to the Master. Her work is so necessary and important to the Church.
