Women’s Ministries Scholarship awarded to Student at Italian Adventist University of Theology

Lyudmila Oliynyk sees scholarship as a message from God

Lyudmila Oliynyk is a third year student of Theology at Villa Aurora’s University. “Since I arrived, I have been in love with studying because, as our school motto says, we are here to “learn to serve”. This motto has always motivated me to work hard and to make good grades,” she writes in her thankyou letter. “This scholarship was a real message from God that I cannot give up but must continue to study so that I may serve Him all my life.”
Lyudmila has many dreams for her life. She would like to continue her studies in the USA and become a missionary. She has learned to answer wherever God calls her to go: “Here am I; send me”(Is 6:10). She says “I do not know what the future holds but I say to myself: “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might” (Ec 9:10). I am happy to do so because God has done so much for me throughout my life, even now in receiving this scholarship.”
