On Tuesday, October 12, it was the turn of Women's Ministries to participate in the weekly program "FDEI - Women on the Net" produced by the Adventist radio station RVS and included in the national schedule. FDEI is the Federation of Evangelical Women in Italy and is made up of the women's movements of the protestant churches: Baptist, Methodist, Waldensian, Lutheran, Reformed of Ticino, Adventist, Salvation Army. This is a beautiful initiative that gives women a voice. The program, lasting 15-20 minutes, is structured in a simple way, with a biblical reflection, a musical moment and a brief interview with a guest. Our program aired the day after the International Day of the Girl Child, so I chose to reflect on the biblical experience of the very young girl who was a servant to Naaman's wife, as told in 2 Kings 5:1-5. The guest of the interview was Franca Zucca, memorable director of Women's Ministries in Italy, who is now retired, and who spoke about the work of our department.
