The meeting of the Women’s Minsitries (WM) leaders Meeting for the North of France was held on October 26, 2025, in an exceptional setting on a Parisian barge. Nearly 140 women from different churches gathered for a time of sharing, inspiration, and renewal. This day marked the start of the new season and an opportunity to meet the new WM director for France North, Annie Leloutre. It was also a fitting occasion for me to express my deep gratitude to Annick Delettre, the outgoing WM leader, for her faithful commitment and constant dedication to women over all these years.
The meeting began with a meditation led by Karine ELOIDIN, treasurer of the Franco-Belgian Union and pastor, who reminded everyone of the importance of finding their place in mission. Her powerful message emphasized that we were not here by chance: each of us is called, in our own way, to live fully the plan that God has for us and for his church.
As WM Director of the Franco-Belgian Union,I presented WM and recalled its main objectives and current challenges, with the highlights of the year:
1st Sabbath of March, reserved as International Women's Prayer Day
2nd Sabbath of June reserved for WM Emphasis Day
Enditnow Campaign: date according to the Conference.
These meetings punctuate the life of WM and are opportunities for prayer, action, and solidarity.
Throughout the day, a personal development workshop led by coach Maryse AMADI allowed each participant to explore her strengths and potential, but also to identify her obstacles and blockages. Through practical exercises and caring exchanges, participants were able to reflect on their challenges, strengthen their confidence, and glimpse new paths to success and spiritual fulfillment
The meeting concluded with a presentation of the vision and upcoming projects of WM in the North France Conference. It was a time of hope, marked by fraternity, conviviality, and the joy of serving together. Finally, this day on the water left everyone with the feeling of having experienced a unique, inspiring, and deeply rejuvenating time.
Thank you again to Annick DELETTRE for all her hard work, and all my encouragement to the new leader, Annie LELOUTRE, for this new stage in the life of WM North France, under God's guidance and blessing.
"Each of us has a mission to accomplish; none of us is here by chance. When a woman stands up in her faith, the whole world around her can change. "
