From October 21 to 23, 2016, thirtyfive women met in Vallegrande to study the 10 seminars of Level 3 of the Leadership Certification Program. The same seminars were held by the same speakers in Florence in May. The women participate enthusiastically and very actively. Some topics are very useful for women. For example “Women’s social and legal issues” and “Balancing home and career” are topics that have attracted much interest and caused a lot of questions to the speakers. The weekend was a blessing for many women and they returned home well equipped.
Thursday October 20 and part of Friday 21 the speakers and the Women’s Ministries leaders of the Italian Fields had a mini retreat with the national director of WM. We spent very intense moments and even had fun. We feel particularly privileged to serve the Lord and other women.
