The women of the "Petru Rareș" Community in Câmpina gathered to think about mental health. The presentation given by Marinela Peicu highlighted practical ways to help our minds deal with difficult situations in life. Because the participants wanted more than just theoretical instruction, the topic was explored in depth through various practical workshops: sewing, crocheting, quilling (making greeting cards), cooking, and communication.
For almost an hour and a half, the approximately 48 women (including 12 visitors) worked enthusiastically, enjoying learning and creativity. The warm atmosphere and practical experience left them with a strong desire to meet again as soon as possible.
