Women's Ministries Event in Brussels, Belgium

On October 1, 2022, at the Portuguese language Adventist Church in Brussels, the local Women's Ministries team celebrated an event called "pink party". The objective was to talk about women's health in a friendly and joyful atmosphere. The varied program included moments of praise, prayer, and reflections on Jesus and the care for women presented by Pastor Ricardo as well as by the special guest speaker Dr. Luena Marques who presented different themes around the prevention of cancer of the uterus, ovaries, and breast. October is breast cancer awareness month.
To make this moment even more special, the ladies were invited to wear pink clothes and bring pink food! About 40 women attended, including 12 friends from outside the church community.
The "party" was a real success and all those present left with the firm desire to repeat this event as soon as possible.
