Under the leadership of Angelika Pfaller, Women’s Ministries Director for the North and South German Unions, the leaders of the WM Department at conference level from all over Germany met from February 7-9, 2020, in Mühlenrahmede, Altena, for their consultations. The focus of this retreat was, among other things, a review of the events of the past year and the tasks involved; planning for the two major events in 2020 – the weekend retreat with Heather-Dawn Small in Friedensau and the seminar with Dr. Kiti Freier-Randall in Ellwangen; the further development of the Girls4Christ program; planning for the material "Thinking well - Living well" and how it should be used; information on the Instagram accounts "girls4christ.de" and "frauen_sta". Dagmar Dorn (Women’s Ministries Director at EUD) granted a view beyond the horizon. She spoke about how other unions in our division are working in order to minister to women. As always, the worship service was a highlight, this time organized by Olga Scharf (NRW) and Jasmin Stanoschefsky (BWV). At this point I would like to thank once again the seven leaders of Women's Ministries at the conference level. In spite of their sometimes full-time professional activity in another area, they do a lot for the women in their conference.
