On October 3, 13 women from the Dillenburg area met for a long-awaited women's breakfast. One of the women had invited them to her own home and lovingly prepared everything. There was delicious food, beautiful decoration, a surprise, and a wonderful atmosphere. But the focus was on the Word of God, and everyone felt the Holy Spirit in their midst. It was about frugality as the key to contentment following the experience of the Apostle Paul:
„I rejoiced in the Lord especially that you were able to unfold your concern for me once again. You had already thought of it, but lacked the opportunity. I rejoiced greatly in the Lord that at last you renewed your concern for me. Indeed, you were concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it. I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength“ Phil.4 10-13 NIV.
