Sitting down at a lovingly laid table in pleasant company for a little while, and then going back to everyday life with new strength, physical and spiritual - that's what a women's breakfast is all about.
On January 5, 2025, the WM group in Dillenburg was able to experience an inspiring women's breakfast where the tangible presence of God moved our hearts. The central verse from Isaiah 43:4 shaped the morning and reminded us that we are unique and infinitely valuable in the eyes of God.
As we journeyed through the Bible together, from Moses to Esther and beyond, we were encouraged to anchor our identity in God's truth. In particular, the exercise of looking in the mirror and seeing ourselves with the words of Psalm 139:14 - “I thank you that I am so wonderfully made” - was a highlight of the meeting. It helped us to anchor the message of the day deep in our hearts.
After a rich and lovingly prepared breakfast, we had time for prayer together, uplifting conversations, and valuable sharing. Every woman went home with gratitude and joy, filled with the desire to continue discovering God's perspective on their own life. The anticipation for our next meeting is great - may the time until then pass quickly!
