Women in Action in Romania

The head of the Women's Ministries Department of the Northern Federation of Romania, Alina Lupu, organized a Convention from May 20-25 in Cosna to motivate the leaders of her territory to commit themselves to the mission of evangelization.
With pleasure I received the invitation to return to my country of origin as a speaker on this occasion. In the program around the theme "Together we go", the women, as well as some of the men who accompanied them, were able to participate in workshops to get to know each other, to learn to eat healthy foods, and to learn to evaluate one's skills in order to cope better with the tasks in the field.
The venue had welcomed many Ukrainian refugees since the beginning of the war with Russia. About twenty women who were still there were able to participate in the spiritual moment on Saturday morning thanks to Brother Joseph who translated for them. It was a moment rich in emotions and we felt the love and peace of God that reigned during this assembly.
The event closed around a campfire. For more than two hours, we were able to sing, discuss, witness and strengthen ourselves to serve better. May God be praised for the commitment of our sisters in this territory and may he abundantly bless each person.
