The “Generation 25” training weekend was held in Cervia, Italy, from October 1 to 12. The event brought together local leaders from four departments: Women's Ministries, Youth Ministries, Children’s Ministries, and Personal Ministries. The guest speaker for the event was Lazlo Szabo, a lecturer at the Adventist University of Theology in Friedensau, Germany. During these days, we experienced profound moments of worship, dialogue, planning, and reflection. The guest speaker, Lazlo Szabo, led us in plenary meetings with his experience on issues important for the community and spiritual life. We celebrated the art of working together beautifully, thanks to the active and vibrant presence of all the women and other participants. But what made this course unique was the desire to act and grow together! Each meeting was charged with inspiration, turning challenges into opportunities and strengthening bonds that will go far beyond the classroom. “Generation 25” is ready to hit the mark! Our time together provided an opportunity to revisit our calling, build authentic relationships, and shape mission and service projects together. Here is the testimony of one participant:
"This training meeting recharged me mentally, morally, and spiritually. I saw friends again, heard good words and sound concepts, embraced the relief of sharing, breathed the air of friendship, brotherhood, and responsibility for conscious change. I thank God that such happy islands still exist. I know I am not a lighthouse, not even a flashlight, much less a light bulb. It is enough for me to be a small flame to shed light on truth, justice, and fairness. I am not alone, and we are not alone."
