Spring Meeting for Women in Ploiesti, Romania

On Monday, March 6, 2023, "Spring Begins with You" gathered over 120 women in the conference hall of the Central Hotel in Ploiesti. The attractive program included special guests and interesting topics, so the time spent there was particularly enjoyable and interesting. The program included motivational presentations and reports like "Glimpses of Kindness" about volunteer activities, how people can help families with children with disabilities and the needy elderly through private acts of kindness; presentations about ADRA and the work the organization is doing in Turkey, Ukraine, Syria; about abuse against women; about the project "Hearts without Borders"- building wells in Africa (Gabriel Ișvan); life experience and God's kindness (Steliana Sandu) and about "The hand that gives never remains empty" (Marius Andrei). Gianina Floricel presented the Bible Journal and encouraged the audience to discover God's goodness and love and to become friends with God by filling its pages. At the beginning of the meeting, each participant was presented with a copy of the Journal to take away and enjoy. Very good quality music delighted everyone's ears through Cosmin (on violin) and Adele (on piano) and the children's group "Sclipiri". The women enjoyed the vegan carrot cake and ginger lemonade prepared especially for the occasion. In the end, surprises, hugs, kind words, roses, and a relaxed atmosphere delighted the participants, who expressed their desire to come back and learn more about God's goodness.
