Special enditnow® Program in Balta Blanca, Romania

At Balta Blanca on Friday evening, November 24, a program was offered by the Women’s Ministries Department at the church service. Then, on Sunday, November 26, a special program for women included the presentation of the seminar received in the materials offered by the General Conference. At this event we had as guests the university lecturer Dr. Luminița Pădure, psychotherapist Laura Fierbințeanu, pastor Goran Claudiu and moderator Elena Petrescu.
The meeting was held in a sacred and touching atmosphere. There were 80 participants, including 11 non-SDA guests. We offered them the book "My True Father". The music chosen for the event was uplifting and fitting the topic. The pastor prayed a prayer for all victims of domestic violence and especially for victims of abuse, as some of those present were affected.
At the end we sang the hymn "Everywhere with Jesus." Cards with the words of the hymn and a picture of Jesus on the back were handed out in the hall. All those present received orange ribbons. The subject was sensitive, but all the women were interested and appreciated the initiative, particularly the dicussion. The activity ended with a rich and tasty fellowship meal.
