New EUD Women’s Ministries Director Welcomed

As she took up her position as Women’s Ministries Director at the Inter-European Division in April 2018 Dagmar Dorn was welcomed with good wishes from the Division Administrative Committee expressed by EUD president Mario Brito. The process of choosing a new department leader was accompanied by much prayer and many consultations in order to find the right person. He welcomed Dagmar to the team in which she is already perfectly integrated and accepted, thanking God for the leading of the Holy Spirit in the choice of a person with great motivation and deep commitment to God and His cause, closing with the words “May God abundantly bless you and your ministry as the new EUD Women’s Ministries Director!”
Heather-Dawn Small, Women’s Ministries Director of the General Conference also added her welcome to Dagmar as she picks up the mantle of WM director for Inter-European Division. During her visit to Austria in April 2018 Heather-Dawn was able to visit with her and see that she is a woman ready to give her all to our sisters and to do her best to nurture and empower them as God has called her to do. Knowing that Dagmar will feel a bit apprehensive of taking over from Denise Hochstrasser, who will be greatly missed and is dearly loved, Heather-Dawn pointed out that this apprehension is good, for it will then make her turn to her Heavenly Father who will equip and strengthen her for this journey. The GCWM leadership will continue to keep Dagmar and the sisters in EUD in prayer and they look forward to seeing WM continue to grow in this part of the world field.
