Leadership Program Level 3 in Romania

110 WM leaders from various churches of Romania came together to be empowered through the Leadership Program Level 3. We really enjoyed the presence of Raquel Arrais, the Associate Diresctor of Women’s Ministries Department, General Conference of SDA. Being the main speaker, she was very enthusiastic as she invited the ladies to trust in God’s infinite love, to see themselves being precious in His eyes, regardless of any comments – getting important lessons from women in the New Testament and in Ellen White’s writings. They learned how to balance home and career and spread the Gospel everywhere using many different methods. We had two other Romanian speakers: Gianina Floricel, Editor at the Romanian SDA Publishing House - “Viata si Sanatate”; she presented guidelines for making a good sermon; Stela Manda, Psychologist and Family Counselor; she taught them how to work with various types of people, with different temperaments. All these seminars were nicely enriched by good quality music, vocal and instrumental. Everybody felt God’s presence during the whole weekend, The Holy Spirit touched the hearts and the ladies went home encouraged to joyfully continue their cooperation with God in this great ministry. We are thankful to God for this wonderful growth experience!
