As women, we often tend to compare ourselves with other women. But we are all unique. What is important is to stay connected to our Heavenly Father despite our imperfections. Working together and focusing on possibilities is better than concentrating on problems.
As the manager of the health department at the South Paris Adventist Church, it is up to me to bring together the forces that wish to promote health. Together with my colleagues, we work together to maintain good physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
It is with this goal in mind that we come together and meet with other churches, and organize sports walks, and health trails, but also meetings, conferences, and lectures on mental health, particularly focusing on training to cope with anxiety and depression.
The program of restoration developed by Dr. Neal Nedley is aimed at eliminating stress, anxiety, and depression by making the best of our intellectual faculties. Working together with other departments in the church is essential for the success of such projects.
