For You, Ladies!

The Women's Ministries Department of the Mărășești church in Câmpina, organized a special meeting for women on the afternoon of February 16, with the title "For You, Ladies". On this occasion, the 45 ladies attending, both from the church and from outside, enjoyed soul counseling, quality music and a presentation about nutrition with tastings.
"It was nice and interesting for us," says department head, Luminița Cristea. "Our special guests were Marius and Alina Andrei together with the girls who delighted us with encouraging messages and music for the soul. Marius's presentation was based on the text from Proverbs 31, 10-27, a text often quoted in Jewish homes at the opening ceremony of the Sabbath, and brought to our attention the wonderful qualities with which God has endowed us, urging us to devote ourselves for the good of others, not to fear the future but to enjoy life, thanking God for all things. Alina presented about fasting and its benefits and how, when and how to fast. Viorica Popa told us about the benefits of mushrooms in nutrition, gave us recipes for the wonderful mushroom dishes and cream soup we tasted.
Iris and Andreea Banu delighted us with a beautiful song, and Luminița Timofte, a dear friend, shared her impressions of our church and the projects we are doing in Women's Ministries. The meeting ended with a very tasty and healthy fellowship meal. It was a very enjoyable, enlightening afternoon for which we thank the Lord for the joy of being together and for all that He has helped us accomplish!
