„For Me“ Weekend Retreat in Ellwangen, Germany

The Bavarian conference Women’s Ministries Department invited women to a weekend retreat on April 22-24, 2016. The speaker of the retreat was Daniela Gelbrich, PhD, with whom we studied the biblical book of Ruth and found many new insights. On Sabbath evening we had a special treat with a program including harp music played by Claudia Forster and recitation of psalms and meditative texts. Sharing personal experiences in conversation is always a good way to deepen friendships. Time just flew by and when it was time to leave on Sunday most of us were resolved to attend the next “For Me” weekend in October.
