On Saturday, November 1, 2025, the Bethany Seventh-day Adventist Church in Timisoara hosted a special event organized by the Women's Ministries Department under the coordination of Julia Beuka. The program was devoted to recognizing the role of women in the church and in God's work, combining art, spirituality, and reflection on the beauty of God's creation.
The event began with a photo exhibition that captured the majesty of God's creation in special images: nature in all its beauty, colors, and details that reflect God's power and goodness. The event was followed by a musical program featuring songs dedicated to the Lord, as well as a selection of poems and thoughts that highlighted the gratitude and faith of women who find inspiration and strength in their relationship with the Creator.
Among the special guests of the event was Maria Sabo-Condrei, head of the Timisia branch of the Union of Ukrainians in Romania, who professes the same faith. In her speech, she emphasized that “the true beauty of God's creation is clearly seen through the eyes of a woman who suffered but did not stop believing,” recalling the words of Psalm 34:5 “Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.” She also emphasized that the beauty of creation is found not only in nature, but also in the hearts of women who can see God in everything: in tears, in smiles, and in every manifestation of love and faith. She also emphasized the important role of women in modern society as transmitters of values, faith, and hope, stressing the responsibility that each has in fulfilling the mission entrusted to them by God.
The program offered moments of worship through verse, song, and instrument, bringing a deep sense of spirituality and emotion to those present.
Among those who led the event were Monica Gredinariu and Julia Beuka, the department's coordinator, who gave the participants an evening of reflection, gratitude, and inspiration.
The Seventh-day Adventist Church has signed a protocol of cooperation with the Union of Ukrainians in Romania, in which they reaffirm their commitment to the principles of religious freedom and spiritual values that strengthen community unity and help preserve the cultural and moral identity of Ukrainian believers.
