Enditnow® Day in Italy

Several Events organized

In Italy, Women's Ministries celebrate enditnow® Day in November, the month in which the United Nations and the whole world commemorate the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women (November 25). In many Adventist churches, Women's Ministries leaders at the national, regional, and local levels preached on the theme "Bringing Peace into the Family" chosen for this year. In some churches, children were also involved and bookmarks were prepared to be given to all present on Sabbath morning.
On Thursday, November 25, the Romanian Adventist community in Florence opened its doors and donated many enditnow® bookmarks with the slogan "Adventists say No to Violence against Women," in Italian and Romanian, and several books to passersby and business people in the surrounding area.
In Bologna, the Romanian Adventist Church gathered in the historical center of the city on the afternoon of Saturday, November 27, to raise awareness of Enditnow® Day. A booth was prepared to offer various materials. The women of the church made crocheted flowers and attached them to the bookmark prepared for the occasion. Also at the booth were many copies of the book "Hope for Today's Families," from the Adventist ADV publishing house. In all, more than 300 bookmarks and 150 books were distributed
