"Only by love is love awakened." This quote just won't let me go... How often do we want to gain recognition or attention from others through our good deeds and total commitment, even from God. In our brokenness, all our attempts are incomplete, even useless. And then Jesus, God's Son, the creator of the universe, comes into our brokenness, becomes a human like us, and loves us until death. He shows us our value and thus makes us able to see others as He sees them and to love them in the same way.
With this in mind, I want to celebrate Christmas and enter the new year. What about you?
