Due to health reasons Diana Marko had to step down from the position of Women's Ministries leader for the Baden-Württemberg Conference.Jasmin Stanoschefsky will replace her as long as necessary for her to regain full health. Diana served as leader beginning in 2009. We want to thank Diana for her good work for the women of the conference and wish Jasmin God's blessings as she sets out to implement her vision for Women's Ministries. Jasmin intends to assess the needs of women by surveys and interviews and work closely with pastors, women's leaders and other leaders in local churches in order to plan initiatives serving women and where women can serve. She wants to enhance the co-operation with other departments where women are active or can serve. Jasmin plans to build up a network of women within the conference in order to develop a relevant strategy for evangelism. Women should be encouraged to minister as disciples of Jesus to their families, friends, local churches and communitites. She also plans to develop an attractive series of brochures for sharing on topics like "Meaning for Life", "Why is there Suffering?" and "How to Find Real Peace" etc.
