Today we would like to introduce you to Lynette Allcock, a Christian writer and broadcaster on Adventist Radio London. She loves to explore the beauty and meaning that comes in everyday experiences, and she hopes she will help you find more joy and contentment along the way. Lynette has always loved good stories, and her life has been about pursuing them -- from teaching, writing, and editing, to, most recently, broadcasting. You can catch her presenting The Breakfast Show for Adventist Radio London 7-9am every Monday to Friday, sharing inspiring stories and tools to help you create a happier, healthier life.
Being a pastor-missionary's daughter means that she inherited a love for travel. She’s a Brit who has grown up between three continents, living in England, Laos, and the United States, and she’s visited many more countries. These days, you'll find her around London, looking for beauty and encountering God in her ordinary life.
Lynette thinks God writes the best stories, and pursuing Him has brought her some of her craziest, scariest, most beautiful and fulfilling tales. Learning to know God is a never-ending adventure, and she loves sharing how He has shown up for her in all her everyday moments as well as her dramas. When she’s not writing, on the radio, or travelling somewhere, you can find her enjoying her other loves: tea, books, vintage dresses, and good conversations. She’s excited to have you join her in seeking life's beautiful moments!
